Covid-19 Photo Series
John Painter, Class of 1989
At the end of March 2020, as the pandemic was ramping up in my state of New Jersey, I set out one day to take a series of images. I wanted to describe in photographs the feelings of frustration, loneliness and despair we all felt in the quarantine and with social distancing. These were all taken in a period of about two hours within a few minutes of my home.
